In 2001, he went to the 1st grade in that village. In 2002, he entered the 2nd grade of secondary school No. 284 in Binagadi district, Baku city. After completing secondary education in 2011, he was called up for military service.

Ramin, who joined the military in 2011, completed his military service in 2013. In 2014, he entered the ensign course and after graduation worked as the deputy commander of the communication battalion of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces. He was awarded with honorary degrees.

He participated in the April battles in 2016 as well.



Ramin who was wounded by a mortar shell thrown by the enemy while fighting for the liberation of the Azerbaijani lands in the Patriotic War was martyred at the age of 27 on October 8, 2020.

By the orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, he was posthumously awarded the medals "For the Motherland", "For Distinction in Battle", "For the Liberation of Fuzuli".
