| The “90th Anniversary (1918-2008) of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan” commemorative medal has been established by Law No. 607-IQ, dated 16 May 2008. This medal is awarded to officers, warrant officers and enlistees, who completed active military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan and succeeded in combat training until 26 June 2008, reservists or retired officers, as well as to officers who took an active part in the establishment and strengthening of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan. |
